Terms & Conditions for Promotion
1. Acceptance. By using or attempting to use the promotion code for an offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Offer Period. Promotions are only available for a limited time only, as indicated with the specific promotion. XSERVICES PTY LTD has the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.
3. Conditions. Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases nor be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounts including price matching of any other supplier (unless otherwise stated). Promotion applies to indicated products or services only as listed together with this offer.
4. Minimum and Maximum amounts of commission. Promotions apply to Xservice Commercial Collections will be calculated prior to minimum or maximum amount of commission (Thresholds), the Thresholds still apply after calculation of promotion.
5. Redemption. To redeem an offer during an Offer Period, send the advertised promotion code to XSERVICES PTY LTD together with your initial instruction or lodgement, prior to service commencement. A promotion code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. You can only use the promotion code once unless otherwise stated.
6. Changes. XSERVICES PTY LTD reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer by the company’s own discretion.
7. Offers. From time to time we may run promotions on our website which are subject to both these Terms and any additional promotion-specific Terms which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. You should ensure that you read the specific conditions that apply to each promotion. By sending your service instructions you agree and accept the Terms of the applicable promotion(s).
8. Offers are non-transferable. Promotions are only intended for the recipient. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). Promotions may be subject to availability.
9. Errors or omissions. Every care is taken that correct details are provided; however, XSERVICES PTY LTD will not be held responsible for any price errors or omissions.
